Muffins that look café-fancy but cost pocket change. Sweet pear, soft crumb, no fuss.
Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C | 160°C fan | 350°F.
Mix flour + sugar. Stir in egg + yoghurt.
Fold through grated pear.
Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake 18–20 mins.
1½ cups | 225 g | 8 oz self-raising flour
½ cup | 100 g | 3.5 oz sugar
1 egg
1 cup | 250 g | 9 oz yoghurt (plain)
1 pear, grated
Spray oil for tin
