About the Recipe

Muffins that look café-fancy but cost pocket change. Sweet pear, soft crumb, no fuss.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C | 160°C fan | 350°F.

  2. Mix flour + sugar. Stir in egg + yoghurt.

  3. Fold through grated pear.

  4. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake 18–20 mins.

  • 1½ cups | 225 g | 8 oz self-raising flour

  • ½ cup | 100 g | 3.5 oz sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup | 250 g | 9 oz yoghurt (plain)

  • 1 pear, grated

  • Spray oil for tin
